When youve had a baby, you'd expect a few sleepless nights, but how long should that go on for? What is normal? (Or is there even such a thing when it comes to sleep?)
Here is a selection of stories from real mums about their experiences with their babies and older children. They reflect the personal opinions of the writers and are not necessarily those of the National Childbirth Trust as a whole; indeed some of the sleep training methods are not considered to be compatible with breastfeeding so would not be recommended by the NCT to breastfeeding mothers. However, as with all aspects of parenting, its important that you do whats right for you, your baby and the rest of your family.
